World Champions Have Been Crowned!

The Pokémon Video Game and TCG World Championships have finished. Running from August 13th through August 15th, some of the best Pokémon players from around the world met in San Diego, California, for intense Pokémon competition. Hundreds of TCG and Pokémon™ Platinum Version players were competing for pride, glory, and excellent prizes! With over $100,000 in scholarships on the line, the action was as intense as it was fun!

Pokémon events were going on all weekend, including appearances by Pokémon VIPs and exciting side tournaments. The Pokémon World Championships were open to the public; players of all ages poured into San Diego to see the spectacle.
